Guest guest
This is a very good cookbook and many of us own it. You can add a few ingredients and change the recipes around too. For quick and easy I suggest this one. http://www.amazon.com/Vegetarian-5-Ingredient-Gourmet-Nava-Atlas/dp/076790690X/r\ ef=pd_bbs_sr_2/103-6825036-2228601?ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1 Also please use our recipes files, we have tons of great tried and true recipes that are quick and have easy to find ingredients. Good Housekeeping has a vegetarian cookbook I use often. It's spiral bound and all the recipes have been tested several times in their kitchen so they are true to form.
