Vitamin B12

I think it is important not to be too hung up on these things. As long

as you eat a balanced diet and unless you are becoming a vegan, vitamin

B12 should not be a problem. I've been vegetarian for over 40 years and

am now vegan. I have never taken B12 supplements and have never had a

B12 deficiency. If you are not taking dairy and eggs then it may be

more of a problem but I would suggest that you read this link which
