Guest guest Posted August 31, 2007 Report Share Posted August 31, 2007 I finally got around to making these and although they tasted good somehow they ended up rather a mess. They seemed more like potato cakes - I used split red lentils which kind of melted into the potato and the patties fell apart when I cooked them. Should I have used either green or puy lentils?
