You are welcome Laura! I hope you enjoy them.

 

I have to tell you that I rarely measure anything (only when baking)

so the amounts are approximate. Your best bet is to make these

things way before for your family and adjust the ingredient amounts

to your liking. What I did when I made these for a weeding was to

do it over a couple of weekends and freeze. The samosas and tamales

freeze very well.
