You should get a tub of light golden miso and one of the dark. They last

forever in the fridge. I often use the dark as soup broth in recipes. The

light is good mixed woth boiling water when you have a cold and is a good base

in noodle soups, etc. It's fermented soybeans and has nutrients it,s also vegan

Ah. I never knew. I always have light on hand. I'll have to look for the
