I am no so good with introductions mostly due to being shy but I just joined

& thought I should say hi to everyone. I am 34 years old and have had some

health problems recently that are ongoing so I am looking into changing the

way I eat. The physical problems have put a halt to all the exercise I had

started which is a pain because I was doing fairly well at that. Anyway I

cant/dont cook but the idea of vegetarian eating has always appealed to me

some. So I thought I would check this place out and see if I can get some

ideas of things I could make for myself that would be healthier than what I

eat now. Thanks for letting me join.
