Guest guest Posted August 28, 2007 Report Share Posted August 28, 2007 Polish Tomatoes 6 firm, ripe tomatoes 1 small onion, minced some sweet basil, some dill, a little parsley salt and pepper 4 tbsps. olive oil 4 tbsps. wine vinegar Thickly slice the tomatoes. Put them in a bowl with the onion, herbs, and salt and pepper. Toss until slices are evenly coated with herbs. Now add oil and vinegar, and toss again. Serve well-chilled.
