Taco Salad 1 lb. any beans 1 packet of taco seasoning, using beans instead of the meat romaine lettuce, chopped into bite sized pieces tortilla (corn) chips 1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 avocado 1-2 tomatoes salsa, sour cream In a skillet put the 1 lb beans, heat, mix in the taco seasoning following directions on packet. Meanwhile, mix together the lettuce, chick peas, kidney beans, ½ cup cheese, avocado, and tomatoes. Add the hot beans and rest of cheese.
