Tropical salad with lots of flavor Dandelion or Mizuna Salad and Papaya Seed Dressing Dressing: 6 ozs. papaya 2 tbsps. papaya seeds 3 ozs. Haas avocado pulp 4 ozs. apple cider vinegar 2 tbsps. light brown sugar 1 lime, juiced 1 lemon, juiced 2 tbsps. vegetable oil Salad: 6 ozs. Mizuna leafs or dandelion greens 2 ozs. julienne carrots 1 oz. bean sprouts 4 mint leafs, chopped 4 basil leafs, chopped 1/16 oz. toasted sesame seeds 4 julienne blanched snow peas 1 tsp. thickened sweet soy sauce or teriyaki sauce Remove skin of papaya and blend all dressing ingredients until smooth consistency. Mix all of the salad ingredients in a bowl and chill. Toss the salad with the dressing and drizzle with thickened sweet soy sauce.
