Guest guest
Lone, I live in Adelaide. There are some organic tofu's in the supermarkets which are great. I have tried the imported flavoured ones but only buy plain now and add the flavours myself. I freeze the tofu and thaw before I use it. After thawing press it firmly between your hands to squeeze out the water. The tofu then becomes like a sponge that absorbs the flavours around it, and also gives it a meaty texture. I use it in stirfy's mostly. Harry Hi Everyone, I am new to the Group and would like some suggestions for cooking Tofu and what is a good type to buy. I live in Victoria, Australia. Lone. [ .
