I think I should have added more tansy since I'm not so sure that I can taste it. Then again, one is not supposed to take too much tansy internally . . . I suppose if I had gout. Gary ===================================== 0.25 cup honey 0.50 cup butter 1 egg 2.00 cup whole wheat flour 1.00 tbsp yogurt 0.25 tsp baking soda 0.25 tsp salt 1.00 tsp vanilla 1.50 tsp tansy - 1. Beat honey and butter 2. Add eggs then rest of ingredients 3. Beat until well blended 4. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick on floured surface. 5. Cut with cookie cutter 6. Sprinkle cookies with more tansy 7. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes 8. Add a tsp of tansy to any basic white frosting using sherry flavoring for the liquid. 9.
