Available Meat Alternatives Choices

Yes Judy and it's never been easier to eat vegetarian.

All of us enjoy Quorn roast during the holidays with

gravy and mashed potatoes or sliced in sandwiches.

Here's my family members favorites just for an idea.

I like Dr. Paeger's veg burger since it contains the

whole soy bean and tastes a little more like

vegetables and I use TVP, tempeh and the Tofurkey

Italian sausage, Mya prefers Gardenburger or Boca

griiler and her busband is OK with everything and

enjoys homemade burgers too, Mo could live on tofu

dogs and riblets so he uses those quite a bit, my DX

loves everything and he isn't even a veg., he's

partial to Soyrizo and veg. lunchmeats and pepperoni.

My bil enjoys any veg burger as long as it has the

fixings on it and my sister likes veg burgers with

spice and she will try every new product that she

see's and we were happy that everyone loved the Rolled

Tacos when we served them this weekend and all the

non-vegs asked if there were any left. There is

something out there for everyone.
