I sure a Qourn roast every Thanksgiving with mushroom gravy. It is fabulous,

makes a great sandwich too. You can dice and make a noodle casserole. They

need to make a What You Can Do With Quorn cookbook. Donna

Hi Chanda, I have been wanting to learn more about quorn. Since I dont do soy, I

have very limited meat substitutes and my hubby is a carnovore. Tell me more

about it, please, if you have eaten it. How does it cook into things? Does it

cook easily. Can you eat it be itself or do you have to depend on heavy flavored

sauces to cover the taste of it.

How do I make meatballs?

I am a lacto-ovo veggie head. I have been watching rachael ray and 30

minute meals. I LOVE HER :) She makes meatballs in her " stoups " out of

groud chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, and CHEESE (yeah chees!) What can I

substitute for the chix? I want to make meatballs to also be able to

brown in a skillet for spaghetti. Any ideas? I love soy and sometimes

tofu, depending on if it tastes okay!

Why don't you make one? I am sure you have lots of expertise you could share.

I haven't seen any in the local grocery stores, but haven't asked about it. I

will find some. Thanks for the help?

I found some intriguing ideas on Quorn's US website. Here's a link "

http://www.quorn.us//cmpage.aspx?section=Recipes

There's a place there to submit recipes - go for it, Donna! :-)

I don't understand. Do you just buy a quorn roast and bake it exactly

as directed?

And how do you make your mushroom gravy?

Thank you!
