Guest guest
Avocado Stuffed Tomatoes I made this yesterday for lunch and it was a hit, even the kids loved it. I served it with a small garden salad and breadsticks...You could also use the stuffing in cherry tomatoes and serve as appetizers. 4 fresh tomatoes 1 ripe avocado 2 drops lemon juice 1 pinch chili powder 1 small hand alfalfa sprouts 2 tablespoons chopped celery or green bell pepper, I used celery 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1 pinch coriander salt Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out insides. Save insides for another dish. Mash avocado and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Stuff into the tomato shells. Ask a question on any topic and get answers from real people. Go to Answers.
