Guest guest
I've got some favorite biscotti recipes....I'll post sometime soon. I also lucked into a biscotti cookbook somewhere, once I get done canning I'll have to break it out. Guest guest
I used to bake biscotti a lot, and experimented with different fat levels. The less fat in the recipe, the harder the cookie. You can't bite through the fat free biscotti. But they are still great for dunking, just need to soak a bit. I was told that being hard is the traditional way to serve biscottis. Neale Bacon Burnaby BC
