Guest guest Posted August 23, 2007 Report Share Posted August 23, 2007 I know I have lots of old favorites that call for Cream of Mushroom soup I am excited I found one that is dairy free!! Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 cups vegetable stock 1 cup fine chopped mushrooms 1 small onion quartered 1/3 cup brown rice dash of galic salt 4 ounces tofu 1/2 cup rice milk Place the stock, mushrooms,onion, garlic salt and rice in a stock poy and cover bring to a boil then simmer until rice is cooked completely about 30-40 minutes. Pour the soup in a blender and add the tofu and rice milk and process until smooth. Park yourself in front of a world of choices in alternative vehicles. Visit the Auto Green Center.
