Deanna,

I look forward to the reviews and recipes. We love pizza but are running out

of ideas. Oh I just had the best pizza last night so simple here is the recipe

the kids loved it.

 

 

Spinach Swirls

~Parents magazine

 

1 homemade pizza dough ( or you can cheat and buy one from the grocery store)

1/2 cup pasta sauce

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1 cup baby spinach leaves- fresh only

 

1. Roll out pizza dough on a well floured flat surface

2. Spread on Pasta Sauce, sprinkle cheese and place spinach on the dough.

3. Roll up the dough like you would a cinnamon roll and slice

4. Place swirl up on cast iron skillet that has been coated with Crisco

5. Bake at 450 until bottom is golden brown
