Guest guest
This rice cooker bread recipe doesn't work. The recipe calls for 3/4 cup water and tells you what to do with 1/4 cup of it. I tried it and decided that they wanted the rest of the water added to the mix. That was the wrong decision. Maybe they wanted it thrown out! The dough came out as a very loose batter, not a dough at all. if I had tried to throw that mass back into the rick cooker as directed it would have been all over the kitchen. As it was, I just threw it out. Katie Chupa Babi <recetta wrote: Found a neat 'how-to' make bread in a rice cooker article at this site.
