Guest guest
I went by the recipe this time but would like to see if I can use whole wheat pastry flour to replace the white some. Enjoy! Blueberry Sticky Rolls: ~From Book Country Wisdom and Know-How 3/4 cup sugar plus 2 Tablespoons 1 cups water 6 tablespoons vegan butter 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons white flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 cup rice milk 3/4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Place 3/4 cup sugar, 2Tablespoons white flour, 2 Tablespoons butter, ginger, cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat it should be thickened slightly 3. Add flour, baking powder, rest of sugar and cut in remaining butter until crumbly. Then add the rice milk until forms a dough. 4.On a floured surface roll out the dough to a 9 x12 rectangle sprinkle on blueberries and roll like a jelly roll. 5. Cut into 9 rolls and place on a well greased 9x9 pan. Pour over sauce and bake for 25-30 minutes Need a vacation? Get great deals to amazing places on Travel.
