I hope you will never need it, but it did work well for me when I was surviving after several hurricanes. WATERLESS WEEK OF FOOD I developed this for a family of 4. You may need to adjust for your family. Suppers Large can Sphegetti-o's Green Beans Pudding cups Caned stew…use caned potatoes, carrots, green-beans, Etc. ( save water from vegi's for tomorrow ) Jello cups Soup (Any large can of soup will work, but think along the lines of vegetable or vegetarian …this way you can use the saved water from yesterday) Apples or other fresh fruit Grilled cheese sandwiches ( use butter flavor pam ) Graham crackers with can frosting Carrot's or Celery ( this will give additional water to the person ) Can Chili Single serve Snack Cake Any fresh fruit you have Cheese Raviolis Fruit cup Any cookies " Baked " potatoes (this can be done camp-stove top or in a fire. Just wrap in foil) " Baked Apples " (same method as for potato, add brown sugar and raisins.. just put that into a small ziplock baggie so its ready to go) Breakfasts Any can or carton milk will work...just insure it does not need to say cold after opening Instant oatmeal or grits – use can milk Pancakes – any that call for water -use can milk Granola bars " Complete " Breakfast Bars Pop Tarts Cheerio's cereal mixed with chocolate chips, mini-marshmallows, dates and such Lunch Ideas Peanut butter Jelly Tuna ( Use single serve as they are complete with crackers and such ) Vegan cheese slices Tortilla wraps ( any thing inside always taste good to kids ) Snack Idea's Single serve Pudding cups Fresh fruit Single serve Jello cups Single serve Fruit Cups Granola bars Graham crackers Single serve V-8 juice Single serve Fruit juices **For meat eaters, Beef Jerky products. They do have turkey also.
