Unfortunately that's exactly what they didn't do. Back in the late

80's they stuck to what they wanted to do, played the music they

wanted, produced videos that weren't based on selling records, let

people make bootlegs of their shows, etc. etc. After the Black Album,

they started doing boxed sets and selling them at exhorbitant prices,

making videos to play on MTV, and getting fussy about bootlegs. They

changed their whole attitude to money completely - and that was the

main reason they annoyed me so much - they don't play music any more

because they want to share music, they play it make money and rip off

their fans.

Yes I remember their crusade against free downloads and the court cases against the very fans who put them where they were. How quickly they forget................
