Elder (Elderflower) is used for the following common elder, Sambucus

nigra, elder (elderflower)

 

Sambucus nigra benefits:

 

* herpes simplex (fever blisters)

* reduce fever

* boosts immune system

* inflammation

* soothes respiratory tract

* ear infections

* stimulate circulation

* healing

* rheumatic problems

* constipation
