Oh my, it's amazing! It was originally published in the book The Natural Nutrition No-Cook Book by Kymythy R Schultze (Hay House 2005).Sometimes you find things that you think might be gross, and they end up delicious! I had to share:2 Cups Pumpkin, peeled and diced (and yes, raw)1.5 cups apple juice1 cup carrot juice1 avacodo, peeled and pitted1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (can be omitted, I'm sure)1 clove garlic1 teaspoon fresh ginger1/2 teaspoon cinnamonPlace all ingredients in a food prcessor or blender and puree.That's it!CynthiaJonnie Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs.
