Guest guest Posted October 13, 2005 Report Share Posted October 13, 2005 We cooked some potatoes slices in EVOO and then dipped them into this yummy sauce. 1/2 Cup Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice 1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley, Minced 1 Clove Garlic 2 Each Shallot, minced 1/3 Teaspoon Basil 1/3 Teaspoon Thyme 1/3 Teaspoon Oregano Combine all ingredients, preferable in a blender or food processor, and let sit for two hours before servingJonnie Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs.
