So, looks like they knew it was going to happen, but didn't put into place any of the emergency plans they've been rehearsing for the past three years... the plot thickens.

He did not say whether British police made any link to theeconomic conference.The official spoke on condition of anonymity because of the nature of hisposition.The Israeli Embassy was in a state of emergency after the explosions inLondon, with no one allowed to enter or leave, said the Israeli ambassadorto London, Zvi Hefet.All phone lines to the embassy were down, said Danny Biran, an IsraeliForeign Ministry official.The ministry set up a situation room to deal with hundreds of phone callsfrom concerned relatives. The plot certainly does thicken. Lots of things surrounding the bombs don't add up.
