Guest guest Posted May 11, 2005 Report Share Posted May 11, 2005 hahahahhahahahahahahahaha language in the REAL ID act (which creates a national ID card here, and denies states the ability to give driver's licenses to immigrants) which was hidden in the $80 billion emergency war spending act just gave it allll away " no court shall have jurisdiction to hear any cause or claim arising from any action undertaken, or any decision made, by the Secretary of Homeland Security, or order compensatory, declaratory, injunctive, equitable, or any other relief for damage alleged to arise from any such action or decision. " homeland security will now be the supreme law of the land... hahhahahaha apparantly this lil gem was tossed in there so they could bulldoze a protected marsh on the california/mexico border..homeland security wanted a double fence, the state protested..and now..now....now hahahahahahaha sorry... ummm one of you folks across the pond wanna adopt me?
