Add the bulgur to the water, bring to a boil, then turn off and go take your morning shower, while the bulgur sits for about 25 minutes. This makes a dry fluffy bulgur. For a softer, mushier bulgur, stay in the kitchen and keep the stove on low until the water is absorbed. 2. Add anything else you like, and eat it.
