Clear Soup with Chinese Cabbage

 

4 cups of vegetable stock

1/4 tsp. salt

2 cups of cabbage cut into strips

1 lb. bean curd cut into cubes

 

Heat stock in a pot over medium, Add salt and cabbage,

cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Uncover and add bean

curd. Cook, uncovered, another few minutes.
