Great to have you with us. Go to the greens recipe folder in the recipe file

and there are folders for all the greens recipes.

Put chopped apple into the greens as they cook and it pulls the bitter out.

Hey guys! Glad to join your group -- seems like you got a nice thing

going on here! My name's Aly, I'm 23 years old and I cook for a living

and for fun! I live on the coast of South Carolina, so it's not often

that I meet people interested in a vegetable and grain-based diet.

 

I have, however, fallen in love with southern comfort food and was

wondering if anybody out there knows how to make collard greens taste

delicious without the ham hock? When I pose this question to southern

cooks I am greeted with a blank stare.
