Guest guest
Great to have you with us. Go to the greens recipe folder in the recipe file and there are folders for all the greens recipes. Put chopped apple into the greens as they cook and it pulls the bitter out. My name's Aly, I'm 23 years old and I cook for a living and for fun! I live on the coast of South Carolina, so it's not often that I meet people interested in a vegetable and grain-based diet. I have, however, fallen in love with southern comfort food and was wondering if anybody out there knows how to make collard greens taste delicious without the ham hock? When I pose this question to southern cooks I am greeted with a blank stare. Thanks, and look forward to getting to know y'all!
