Guest guest
Hmmm, kinda mixed results--The soy milk with flax seeds tastes great, but there were a lot of partially ground flax seeds in the okara, so it's probably an unreliable source of any of the nutritional goodies. The basket was filled to capacity (or maybe a little more than capacity) though, so that may have been why everything didn't get ground up. I'll try it again with less stuff & let you know if it works any better Sure does make a pretty mix when it's soaking, though... Peace, Maureen
Guest guest
Thanks Maureen! Great to know. I'm glad it tasted good; I hate when kitchen experiments taste bad lol. I bought some dried soybeans to try to make milk by hand. If I convince myself how much work it is, maybe that will motivate me to buy a milk maker .
