Vegetarian Menu Cookbook " by Paulette Mitchell I will

send it to you. It was written in 1984. There are

lots of wonderful recipes. Tells you how to put a

brunch together and many other tuypes of meals,

efficiency tips for the kitchen, light fresh recipes,

over 300 salt-free in there too.

Let me know and it goes to you. I have so many

cookbooks I thought this would be a good one to aprt

with since there are so many requests on what to make

for dinner, or how do I make a lunch, what do I serve

to company, etc.

I would love to have a copy of that. I do have a lot of cookbooks though. I

would pass on one of mine.
