Guest guest Posted August 9, 2007 Report Share Posted August 9, 2007 Lebanese Hummus 1 cup cooked or canned garbanzo beans 1/4 cup bean juice or water 3/4 cup sesame tahini juice of 2 lemons salt to taste 1 or 2 tbsps. olive oil 1 to 3 cloves garlic Blend all ingredients well in a blender. If too stiff, add a little water a teaspoon at a time. Stop the blender often and push the mixture down the sides into the blades using a rubber spatula. Serves 2.
