Guest guest Posted August 9, 2007 Report Share Posted August 9, 2007 I made a great dish the other night - well, I thought so! A veggie and chickpea mixture served over quinoa. Meg thought it looked like fish eggs.... she might have had a point LOL (She goes back to college on Sunday and I'm looking forward to serving a meal without all the comments and eye rolling!!) I'm not so sure Jim was excited about the quinoa himself but he did eat it again on " clean the fridge " night. Are there any good ways to hide quinoa in a dish? On the plus side, Meg DID try fried tofu, suegai and sueyu at a favorite Thai restaurant the other night. She liked the sueyu the best Have a great day all - it's broiling hot here!
