I make sweet bread and slice and freeze individually, I eat one slice this way. I look at my dinner plate and if I have a pile of rice I will eat sauteed greens with it or I will fill my mashed potato crater with mushrooms instead of corn. I like to bake a flour tortilla and make my salad on top of it. Our metabolisms are all different, dont forget since I sleep 3 hrs each night I burn more calories being awake that many hrs .........lol.
