Guest guest Posted August 7, 2007 Report Share Posted August 7, 2007 Baked Red Peppers and Garlic with Pasta 4 largered pepper, seeded and cut into strips 2 clove garlic, finely chopped 1/3 cup olive oil 4 tsps. brown sugar 1 lbs. penne or other pasta 1/4 cup fresh basil, shredded Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients in a baking dish, mix well. Bake 1 hour, or until peppers are soft. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain. Combine pasta with pepper mixture and basil. Mix well. Serves 4. Fussy? Opinionated? Impossible to please? Perfect. Join 's user panel and lay it on us.
