Guest guest Posted August 7, 2007 Report Share Posted August 7, 2007 I just made these for my son's birthday breakfast they are wonderful. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup all purpose flour 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Tablespoons baking powder 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats 2 cups rice/ soy milk 3 eggs beaten 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1. Mix flours, sugar and baking powder in a small bowl. 2. Combine oats, rice milk, eggs and oil in another bowl then add to flour mixture. 3. Fold in blueberries. 4. Cook on Medium/Low heat they brown quick. 5. Makes 12 good size pancakes Luggage? GPS? Comic books? Check out fitting gifts for grads at Search.
