This is so good, I finally found my old recipe.

Deanna is the popcorn cardamom queen so Deanna you

will love this recipe.

Cardamom Spiced Popcorn

12 cups unsalted popped popcorn (I air pop it)

scant 1/2 cup butter or marg.

2 tablespoons molasses

1/2 tsp. cardamom

1 1/2 tsps. ground ginger

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. salt or salt to taste (I use more)

Heat oven to 350 and divide popcorm between 2

ungreased cookie sheets. Heat the remaining

ingredients in a small sauce pan until butter is

melted, stir to blend. Take a spoon and hold it high,

lightly drizzle mixture over popcorn. Toss to coat.

Bake uncovered for 7-10 minutes, stir after 4-5

minutes of baking. Serve immediately or cool

completely and store tightly covered at room temp for

up to 3 weeks but it won't last that long, it's way

too good.

the dust of everyday life.
