Guest guest Posted August 5, 2007 Report Share Posted August 5, 2007 TNT Easy,quick and very tasty Refried Pinto Bean Pate 1 16 oz. can Vegetarian Refried Beans 1 pkg.cream cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh Basil(**) Salt and white pepper to taste Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with favorite crackers or corn chips ** Note: Depending on your meal 'theme' you can make this recipe using fresh chopped Cilantro and chopped chili in place of fresh basil . If you prefer individual servings spray molds with olive oil, chill and turn out on a bed of lettuce when ready to serve.
