Thanks Donna and All,

 

I appreciate the friendly personal comments

and encouragements that so many members share.

 

I encountered a Chinese meal yesterday and wasn't on my toes about ordering.

I could have been much more careful as there was a lot to choose from;

so it all comes down to THINKING AHEAD.

 

I am hopeful about looking a the meat alternatives here and in the markets.

I know it is out there, but again...it takes some preparation and change of mind

set.
