Guest guest
I really feel happy to hear all the welcome reply to my " hello " message. In Japan, sadly and unfortunately, being vegetarian is seemed as eccentric, strange custom. Now traditional vegetarian life is inherited only by the monk inside few Buddhism temples (most of Buddism monks do not mind eating meat or fish). Even in Tokyo, it is not easy to find vegetarian restaurant, nor most of restaurant have no vegetarian menu. But recent day, people's concerns to vegetarian behavior, specially macro-biotic food are increasing, because of many children's allergic problem and infidelity for the meat by the Mad Cow Disease. Things are changing, maybe to better direction?, but slowly () Please feel free to send PM of any question about Japan or Japanse food, sorry first, my response maybe slow but I must.
