Have any of you ever made a eggplant cheese pie??

I had a eggplant pie with a very flakey crust, and I think that it had

cheese in it as well. Do any of you make that type of thing? Could

you share the recipe??? IT was a fabulous dinner...and I am already

thinking of my big Christmas Eve dinner that I am going to serve at my

home. Since my family is not vegetarian, I need to make something

extra good!!
