Guest guest
What about bok choy? Different kinds of lettuce would sub in cold recipes, maybe cabbage in hot? I hope you can find some chard; it's very mild and the large leaves can even be used as wraps. However, I am looking for other options that we can actually get here in East Tenn. I have yet to see the likes of Swiss chard and other rarer greens. > > Any help would be appreciated. > > Jeanne in East Tenn. > > > >
