She doesn't like a lot of other greens (no kale, mustard greens, turnip greens), so I often use Napa cabbage as a substitute. However, I am looking for other options that we can actually get here in East Tenn. I have yet to see the likes of Swiss chard and other rarer greens. Any help would be appreciated.
