Ginger Tamari Tempeh

 

Steam for 10 minutes 4 ozs. tempeh

 

Mix in a small bowl:

2 tbsps. catsup

1 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp. dark sesame oil

1 " ginger root grated

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

 

Cube tempeh into small peices. Mix gently. Serve hot

or cold
