Guest guest Posted July 29, 2007 Report Share Posted July 29, 2007 Lemon Grass and Ginger Iced Tea 1 to 2 stalks lemon grass sugar or honey to taste 5 bags green tea ginger Rinse 1 stalk fresh lemon grass. Cut into 2 inch lengths, and crush with the flat side of a large knife. In a 2 quart sauce pan, bring 5 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar, 7 thin slices fresh ginger and lemon grass to a boil. Take off heat and add 5 bags green tea; let steep about 4 minutes. Discard tea bags, let tea cool, about 30 minutes. Pour through a fine strainer into a pitcher. Cover and chill until cold, at least 2 hours. Pour into tall glasses filled with ice. Serves 6. Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell.
