Guest guest Posted July 29, 2007 Report Share Posted July 29, 2007 We had this dish a few weeks ago for the first time and it is wonderful, especially served with crumbled organic graham crackers. Blueberries and Cream 1 small container vegan sour cream 1/4 c brown sugar 1 capful lemon juice, or more to taste 2 pints blueberries graham crackers Combine sour cream, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl until well blended.
