Oatmeal Peanut Butter Fudge Drops

 

2 cups sugar

1 stick butter or margarine

4 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 cup milk or soy milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 1/2 cups quick oats

1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy

 

Mix in saucepan, and bring to hard boil.

Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in 2 1/2

cups quick oats and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Whip until

smoothly blended.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper to cool.
