Guest guest Posted July 28, 2007 Report Share Posted July 28, 2007 Pineapple Ginger Sauce 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1 cup no-sugar-added pineapple juice 1/4 cup low sodium tamari or soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp. cold water Sauté garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soy sauce. Heat on medium high until it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired consistency. Sick sense of humor?
