Guest guest
LOL Thanks for the article. I know others might benefit from it too. It had lots of good ideas. Your poor dog and yikes about honey beens in the house. I would hate that. I bet the bee keeper was happy though. My husband and one of my daughters are allergic to bee stings as of the last couple of years. They swell up like a balloon when stung. LOL Sue ---- Sue 07/24/07 13:49:01 Re: OT Need Help with Yellow Jacket problem and animals food dish I can relate to that as we had honey bees in our house several years ago. My dog still freaks out when any kind of bug flies past her. We called a bee keeper who took them all away. But, yellow jackets are another story. A search found these " tricks " on Garden Web: http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/load/bees/msg0214121831932.html Good luck......I like the idea of the upside down bucket. But, what do I know? LOL Sue ---- wwjd 07/24/07 12:01:04 Undisclosed-Recipient:, OT Need Help with Yellow Jacket problem and animals food dish We are having a huge problem with yellow jackets that swarm my cats wet food dish. Any ideas from anyone on how we can get rid of them in that area. This is the first year that we have ever had this problem and it is unnerving to the animals. We can't feed them inside because the boy cats immediately look for something to mark as soon as they enter the house. They are fixed but that hasn't prevented them from doing this unfortunately. Thanks, Judy
