Make fresh and use up with a meal.

 

Basic Garlic Salad Dressing And Marinade

 

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoon white or red wine vinegar

2 centiliter garlic, minced or squeezed through; a

press

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

salt to taste

 

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix

together thoroughly.

Serve on antipasto or use as a dressing on a salad.

This can also be used as a marinade.

Yields 1 /3 cup.
